Orders and payment

How to order, how to pay, where the key comes from
What do you need to place an order?

For commends, comments and Trust Factor — an email for the receipt and a link to your Steam profile. No account password is involved in these services at all. The hour boost needs access to the account itself, because the hours accumulate from inside it, and for rank boosting you choose the access format at checkout: a direct login or playing in a lobby together with the booster.

How can I pay?

Bank cards, SBP and payment via a payment partner. The receipt with the key goes to the address you entered at payment — every later email about the order goes there too. A refund, should you need one, goes back on request the same way you paid.

Where do I get the activation key?

The key arrives with the receipt right after payment and is duplicated by email. You activate it in the panel at panel.fastgg.pro, in the section of the service you bought — the «Activate key» field. One key activates once.

The receipt never arrived

Check the spam folder and the address you typed at payment. If there is no email, send us the order number and the payment date — we will restore the key by hand.

How do I track an order?

In the panel: the orders section shows the state of each one, and a ticket about it opens straight from the order card. For rank boosting the progress is visible there too — the starting rank, the current one and the goal.

Can I get my money back?

If the work has not started — yes, just ask support. For started orders the refund is counted for the undelivered part: for commends that is the unspent balance, for boosting the steps not reached. What counts as a failure and how the money comes back is on the «Guarantees» page; your specific order is reviewed in a ticket, so attach its number.

What does a combo pack give me?

A pack is the same services at their usual prices with 15, 20 or 30% off the whole cart. The pack has no prices of its own: every line of the receipt leads to the service page with the same price tag, so the discount is visible as arithmetic rather than as a crossed-out number.

CS2 commends

Commends in your profile through our server
How do CS2 commends work?

Through our own CS2 server. After payment your commend balance appears on it: you join the server whenever it suits you and start the delivery with a chat command. No account password changes hands — being on the server is enough.

CS2 commends
How long does the delivery take?

The rate is 60 commends every 5 minutes: 20 into each of the three categories. That is up to 720 commends per hour and up to 4,320 in six hours. Beyond that a Steam limit kicks in, so the delivery goes in pauses rather than one continuous stream.

How it works
Is the number in a pack per category or for all of them?

Per category. A pack of 300 gives 300 Friendly, 300 Teacher and 300 Leader commends — 900 marks in the profile. Only one category is charged at a time: if you split it 100/50/50, you are charged 100.

Commend packs
What happens if I leave the server?

The delivery pauses and continues when you come back. The unspent balance stays on the account and does not expire.

Can I send commends to a friend?

Yes. The balance is not tied to one profile — commends can go to any account present on the server. Up to two deliveries run at the same time.

Steam comments

Standard and premium delivery
How is premium different from standard comments?

Standard comments go out in one run with a 5–10 minute gap, and you write the text. Premium lets you pick the amount, stretch the delivery with a gap of 10 to 120 minutes and split it into batches — the profile wall fills gradually instead of in one burst.

Do I have to write the texts myself?

You can paste your own or generate them in the panel. The comments are listed in the delivery history — that is also where you see how many have gone out and how many are left.

Which accounts do the comments come from?

Accounts with a game library, an inventory and registration age — a profile with no history is spotted on a wall immediately. There is no setting for «who exactly writes» in this service.

Does my profile have to be public?

Yes, the comment wall has to accept messages. If the profile or the comments are closed by privacy settings, the delivery will not go through — that is a Steam restriction, not a limit of the service.

Steam hour boost

Plans, games, control panel
How does the hour boost work?

After you activate the key in the panel you add a Steam account and pick the games. From there the hours accumulate in all selected games at once for as long as the plan is active: 32 games over a month add up to roughly 23,000 hours.

How do the plans differ?

By the number of games running at the same time: Starter — 3, Base — 10, Plus — 32. The term is chosen separately (30, 90, 180 or 365 days), and the «+1 account» add-on brings up to ten more accounts onto the same plan.

Can I play while the hours are running?

Yes, the account stays yours. While you play, the boost does not interfere with your session, and it reconnects on its own once you are done.

The hours are not counting — what should I check?

Three things. Steam does not refresh its stats instantly — look again in an hour or two. The selected games must be in the account's library, free ones included. And the «offline» status makes the counting unstable: with «online» the hours run more evenly.

I changed my Steam password and the boost stopped

That is expected: the old session stops working. Remove the account in the panel, add it again with the new password and start it once more. The key is not spent — it belongs to the plan, not to the session.

Error: «VAC was unable to verify your game session»

It shows up when the boost is holding a session and you launch a game from the same account. Stop the boost before playing and switch it back on afterwards — or run Steam as administrator so the sessions stop cutting each other off.

Rank boost

CS2, FACEIT and Valorant
How does a rank boost go?

You pick the start and the goal in the calculator and place the order. From there the booster plays manually — a series of matches up to the ordered step. Progress and timing are visible in the panel, and the start time is agreed inside the order.

What is the difference between a direct boost and a lobby?

With a direct boost the booster signs into the account. In a lobby you play on the same team from your own account and hand over nothing — control stays with you, but you have to play yourself. A lobby costs noticeably more: the booster is not carrying the match alone.

Boost formats
What makes up the price?

The base is the sum of the steps between your current and target rank. Options are added to the base as percentages and shown as separate lines in the receipt: «+25%» and «+15%» together make +40%, they are not multiplied. The total is visible before payment.

How long does a boost take?

The calculator estimates the duration from the number of steps and the pace of play; the speed-up option shortens it and a relaxed schedule stretches it. This is an estimate, not a promised date: the length of a series depends on matchmaking. The one timing we do promise is the start window, and it is named on the guarantees page.

Start windows
How is a Valorant boost calculated?

By divisions: eight tiers of three divisions each, plus Radiant. Below Immortal a division is exactly one hundred rating points, so the RR you already have shortens the first step and is deducted from the price. Above Immortal the score runs as continuous rating, and Radiant is granted by regional standing — RR does not affect the price there.

Who performs the order?

Players selected by rank: in CS2 by CS Rating, on FACEIT by Elo, in Valorant by current rank. No cheats and no third-party software are used: the rank goes up through play, which is also why the timing depends on matches.

Why are placement matches a separate service?

Placement matches set the starting rank on a new account or at the beginning of a season. They are counted in matches rather than in steps, which is why they are sold on their own.

Trust Factor

Profile check and the report
What does the Trust Factor check show?

A profile score from 0 to 100, the trust segment, reliability and data coverage, plus the account's main strength and main weakness. Valve does not publish the exact formula, so we do not pass our number off as the «real trust factor» — it is our own estimate built from open profile signals.

Is the check really free?

Yes, the check itself is free and needs no password: you get the score and trust level, the profile snapshot, the cheating risk and one reason that drags the score down, explained in full. The free result is always trimmed — all factor weights, the section breakdown and the action plan come with the full report, and that one is paid. The shop sells one-off packs of 3, 5 and 10 checks and a subscription — an unlimited number of checks for one target account.

Can you raise my Trust Factor as a service?

No, and we do not sell it. Trust in an account grows through your own actions — playing, buying, keeping a clean report history. The report shows what exactly drags it down and where to start.

Safety and data

What we ask for and what we never ask for
Which services need a password?

Only the hour boost and the direct rank boost — without signing in those services cannot physically exist. Commends, comments, Trust Factor and lobby boosting all work from a profile link.

Do I have to turn off Steam Guard or 2FA?

No. Not a single service requires you to switch protection off, and we will never ask you to.

How do I tell support from a scammer?

We answer in the panel ticket and from the address the email came from. We never message first in Steam DMs and never ask for a Steam Guard code, a code from an email or your mailbox password. Any message like that is not from us.

Will my account be banned?

Nobody can guarantee protection from bans, and promising it would be a lie. We lower the risk through how the services are built: commends and comments need no account handover, boosting is manual play without third-party software, and Steam Guard stays on.

What happens to the access after the order?

The data is needed only for the duration of the work. After a boost order is closed we recommend changing the password — that is ordinary hygiene rather than a sign of trouble, and it no longer affects the finished order.

Can't find an answer?

Ask support directly. We add recurring questions to this list.
