1. Subject matter of the Policy

1.1. This Policy determines the composition of the cookies that the Operator uses on the website fastgg.pro and in the web panel panel.fastgg.pro, their purpose, their storage periods and how they can be managed.

1.2. The Policy supplements the Personal Data Processing Policy and the User Agreement published on the Site.

1.3. The Operator is the person specified in clause 1.1.2 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

2. What a cookie is

2.1. A cookie is a small text file that the Site asks the browser to store on the User's device.

2.2. A cookie allows the Site to recognize the User's browser on a subsequent request.

3. Composition of the cookies used

3.1. The Operator uses strictly necessary cookies, without which the Service cannot perform the action requested by the User, and the analytics cookies of the services listed in clause 5.1.

3.2. Analytics cookies are set by the services listed in clause 5.1. Such cookies store a browser identifier and serve to measure traffic, diagnose errors and record sessions and click maps on the Site and in the web panel; each service determines its own storage period. Yandex.Metrica cookies (names beginning with _ym_) are set when the Site is opened, including before the User responds to the consent banner; after the User chooses “Essential only” they remain in use, but only to count page views and traffic sources — without recording actions, sessions or click maps. The PostHog cookie (name beginning with ph_) is set when the Site is opened; after the User chooses “Essential only” it is deleted and the identifier is not kept between visits. The Operator does not set advertising cookies or the cookies of third-party advertising networks.

3.3. The Operator uses the following strictly necessary cookies:

  • NEXT_LOCALE — stores the language in which the User is viewing the Site. Set when any page is opened, deleted when the browser is closed.
  • analytics_consent — stores the User's decision on analytics cookies given in the consent banner. Set once the User responds to the banner, storage period — 180 days; a single value applies across the subdomains of the Site and of the customer account.
  • fgg_last_order — stores the number of the most recent order placed, so that the User can return to it after payment. Set when an order is placed, storage period — 1 hour, not accessible to JavaScript.
  • fgg_success_<order number> — a temporary pass to the order confirmation page. Set when an order is placed, storage period — no more than 15 minutes, not accessible to JavaScript.
  • next-auth.session-token — the sign-in session for the customer account at panel.fastgg.pro. Set after the User signs in to the account, not accessible to JavaScript, deleted on sign-out.
  • payload-token — the sign-in session for the Site's content management system. Set for staff when they sign in to the admin panel and is not set for visitors.

4. Restrictions on use

4.1. The Operator does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or building a profile of the User's interests.

4.2. The Operator does not place advertising pixels, web beacons or third-party advertising network trackers on the Site.

4.3. The Operator does not pass cookie data to advertisers and does not sell it.

5. Third-party services

5.1. The Operator uses the Yandex.Metrica analytics service, including Webvisor session recording, and PostHog; these services set their own cookies to the extent stated in clause 3.2. The Operator sets no other third-party cookies.

5.2. When the User follows links to external resources, including the Operator's Discord, those resources operate under their own rules, which the Operator does not control.

5.3. The User should review the policies of external resources on their own sites.

6. Managing cookies

6.1. The User may delete stored cookies or block them in the browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all have a section for this.

6.2. The cookies listed in clause 3.3 are necessary for the Site to work. If they are blocked, the order confirmation page may fail to open and signing in to the customer account becomes impossible.

6.3. The cookies of the services listed in clause 5.1 are set when the Site is opened. Choosing “Essential only” in the consent banner limits their use to counting page views to the extent stated in clause 3.2; data collected before that choice is not deleted. The User may change that decision at any time in the customer account settings. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and are not governed by the banner.

7. Changes to the Policy

7.1. If the composition of the cookies changes, the Operator updates this Policy.

7.2. If a change in the composition requires the User's consent, the Operator requests that consent separately.
