Policy on personal data processing<\/h4>

1. general provisions<\/p>

1.1 This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ \u00abOn Personal Data\u00bb (hereinafter referred to as the Personal Data Law) and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures taken by the Operator to ensure their security.<\/p>

1.2 Operator - FastGG.pro<\/p>

1.3 The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition of its activity the observance of human and citizen's rights and freedoms in the processing of personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy.<\/p>

1.4 This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about Users when they use the website https:\/\/fastgg.pro, related web panels, Discord-bots and other services of the Operator (hereinafter collectively referred to as the \u00abServices\u00bb).<\/p>

1.5 This Policy is a supplement to the Public Offer (User Agreement) posted on the Website. In case of contradiction between this Policy and the Offer in terms of personal data processing, the provisions of this Policy shall prevail.<\/p>


2. basic concepts<\/p>

2.1 Personal Data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or definable User of the Services.<\/p>

2.2 Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.<\/p>

2.3 User - any individual or legal entity using the Operator's Services.<\/p>

2.4 Other terms used in this Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the Personal Data Law and the Operator's Offer.<\/p>


3. Categories of processed personal data<\/p>

3.1 The Operator processes the following categories of Users' personal data:<\/p>

a) Contact and identification data: e-mail address (e-mail); user name (nickname) specified during registration; Discord ID (Discord messenger account identifier).<\/p>

b) Data on game profiles: links to profiles of Steam, CS2, Valorant and other platforms; public profile data (nickname, avatar, statistics, level, rank, inventory - in the volume publicly available on the platform).<\/p>

c) Data for the provision of services (in formats where it is required): login and one-time codes of two-factor authentication (2FA) of the game account - exclusively for the purposes of order fulfillment and for the period of its fulfillment.<\/p>

d) Technical data: IP address; User-Agent (browser\/device type and version); date and time of accessing the Services; session identifier; service logs of actions in the Services (including web panel and Discord-bot).<\/p>

e) Payment data: information on transactions (order number, amount, date, payment status, masked identifier of the means of payment). Full details of bank cards are not processed and stored by the Operator - processing is performed by payment providers.<\/p>

f) Data collected automatically: cookies, web analytics data (when using Yandex.Metrics, Google Analytics or similar systems) - in an anonymized or pseudonymized form.<\/p>

3.2 The Operator does not process special categories of personal data (race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, intimate life) and biometric personal data.<\/p>


4. Purposes of personal data processing<\/p>

4.1 The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>

a) Execution of the Agreement (Offer): processing orders, providing access to the Services and software, activation of keys, coordination of the work of the involved Contractors, technical support via ticket system, Discord and e-mail.<\/p>

b) Sending of service (transactional) notifications: payment confirmation, information about order status, delivery of activation keys, notifications about result acceptance, responses to requests.<\/p>

c) Security and antifraud: verification of the User and payments at signs of increased risk (in accordance with clause 2.10 of the Agreement). Appendices No. 1<\/a> to the Offer), prevention of fraudulent actions, protection of rights and legitimate interests of the Operator.<\/p>

d) Improving the quality of the Services: conducting internal analysis and statistical studies based on anonymized data, analyzing the behavior of Users on the Website to improve the interface and functionality.<\/p>

e) Marketing communications (subject to separate consent): sending information and marketing materials, notifications of new services, promotions and special offers to the User's e-mail address and\/or Discord messenger.<\/p>

f) Fixing the evidence base: keeping and storing logs, screenshots, records confirming the fact and volume of services rendered, the fact of acceptance of the offer and additional consents, including for the purposes of pre-trial and judicial settlement of disputes.<\/p>


5. Legal grounds for processing<\/p>

5.1 The Operator processes personal data on the following legal grounds:<\/p>

a) Execution of the contract to which the User is a party (Article 6, paragraph 5, part 1, Article 6 of the Law on Personal Data) - for the purposes specified in clauses 4.1 (a), (b), (e).<\/p>

b) User's Consent (Article 6(1)(1) of the Personal Data Law) - for the purposes specified in clause 4.1(e). The consent is provided by placing a separate checkbox and is not a prerequisite for the conclusion of the contract.<\/p>

c) Legitimate interest of the Operator (item 7, part 1, Article 6, paragraph 7 of the Personal Data Law) - for the purposes specified in item 4.1 (c), (d), provided that the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the User.<\/p>


6. Procedure and conditions of personal data processing<\/p>

6.1 Processing of personal data is carried out with or without the use of automation tools.<\/p>

6.2 The login data for the game account (login, 2FA codes) provided by the User for the fulfillment of the order shall be used exclusively during the period of fulfillment of the respective order. Upon completion of the order (assignment of the status \u00abFulfilled\u00bb and expiration of the acceptance window), the Operator deletes the login data. The Operator recommends the User to change the password after completion of the service.<\/p>

6.3 The Operator does not make decisions that give rise to legal consequences for the User based solely on the automated processing of their personal data.<\/p>

6.4 The Operator shall ensure confidentiality of personal data and take organizational and technical measures to protect them from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other illegal actions.<\/p>


7. Transfer of personal data to third parties<\/p>

7.1 The Operator shall not transfer the User's personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:<\/p>

a) Engaged Contractors: persons providing services to the User on behalf of the Operator (to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of a specific order). The Operator is responsible for the actions of the Contractors to the User.<\/p>

b) Payment providers: for processing payments and conducting anti-fraud checks. The operator does not store full details of bank cards; processing is performed by the payment provider in accordance with its security policy.<\/p>

c) Hosting providers and infrastructure providers: to ensure the availability of the Services (servers, databases, mail delivery systems).<\/p>

d) State bodies: at the request of authorized bodies in cases and in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/p>

7.2 In all cases of data transfer, the Operator shall provide the minimum amount of data necessary to achieve the relevant purpose.<\/p>


8. Cross-border transfer of personal data<\/p>

8.1 The User is notified and agrees that when using the Services his\/her personal data may be transferred to the territory of foreign countries in connection with the use of the Operator:<\/p>

- Discord messenger (Discord Inc., USA) - for communication, support and activation of services;
- cloud server infrastructure located in the European Union and other jurisdictions to make the Services operational;
- payment providers, whose servers may be located outside the Russian Federation, - for payment processing.<\/p>

8.2 The cross-border transfer is carried out solely for the purpose of performing the Agreement and ensuring the operability of the Services.<\/p>

8.3 The Operator shall, prior to the commencement of the trans-border transfer, send the relevant notification to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) in the manner prescribed by the Personal Data Law.<\/p>


9. Cookies and web analytics<\/p>

9.1 The Operator's Site uses cookies - small text files stored on the User's device to ensure the performance of the Site, memorize settings and collect statistics of visits.<\/p>

9.2 The Operator may use third-party web analytics systems (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and similar) to collect anonymized statistical data on the Site visit. These systems may set their own cookies and process data in accordance with their privacy policies.<\/p>

9.3 The User may disable or limit the use of cookies in the settings of his\/her browser. Disabling cookies may affect the availability of certain features of the Site.<\/p>


10. Periods of personal data processing and storage<\/p>

10.1 Personal data shall be processed and stored for the following periods:<\/p>

a) Data necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement (contact information, data on game profiles, data on orders and payments): during the term of the agreement and 3 (three) years after the completion of the User's last order (limitation period according to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).<\/p>

b) Login data for the game account (login, 2FA codes): only for the period of fulfillment of a particular order; deleted after the order is completed and the acceptance window expires.<\/p>

c) Work logs and materials confirming the fact\/scope of services rendered: not less than 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days from the date of order completion.<\/p>

d) Technical logs (IP, User-Agent, session logs): up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) calendar days.<\/p>

e) Data from marketing mailings: until the User revokes consent.<\/p>

10.2 Upon expiry of the specified periods, personal data shall be destroyed or depersonalized, unless otherwise provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/p>


11. Rights of the User (subject of personal data)<\/p>

11.1 The User shall have the right to:<\/p>

a) to receive information about the processing of his\/her personal data (data composition, purposes, legal grounds, terms, facts of transfer to third parties);<\/p>

b) to request clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;<\/p>

c) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (in the part based on the consent) - in this case the Operator has the right to continue the processing if there are other legal grounds;<\/p>

d) withdraw consent to receive marketing materials at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or by sending a notice to work@fastgg.pro;<\/p>

e) to appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body (Roskomnadzor) or to the court.<\/p>

11.2 To exercise the rights, the User sends a request to work@fastgg.pro specifying: Full name (or nickname), e-mail used for registration\/order and the content of the request. The Operator considers the request within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt.<\/p>


12. duties of the Operator<\/p>

12.1 The Operator shall:<\/p>

a) to provide the User, upon his\/her request, with information on the processing of his\/her personal data;<\/p>

b) organize the processing of personal data in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;<\/p>

c) to respond to appeals of Users and their legal representatives in accordance with the Personal Data Law;<\/p>

d) provide Roskomnadzor with the necessary information upon request within 10 days from the date of receipt of the request;<\/p>

e) publish this Policy in free access on the Website;<\/p>

e) to take legal, organizational and technical measures for the protection of personal data;<\/p>

g) to stop processing and destroy personal data in the manner and cases stipulated by the Law on Personal Data.<\/p>


13. Final provisions<\/p>

13.1 The Operator is entitled to make changes to this Policy. The new edition shall come into effect from the moment of publication on the Website at https:\/\/fastgg.pro\/privacy, unless otherwise provided by the new edition.<\/p>

13.2 The User may obtain explanations regarding the processing of personal data by contacting support@fastgg.pro.<\/p>
